Last night Euromillions lottery jackpot draw ended in a rollover after none of the players matched the winning numbers from the draw. Consequently, the €33 million jackpot will roll over to the Friday Euromillions draw. This will be the third time in a row that the Euromillions jackpot prize has rolled over to the next draw.
Normally this would have meant a triple rollover jackpot for the Friday draw. However, this time round Camelot has decided to be generous in its offering to UK players. The Friday Euromillions draw will have a guaranteed €100 million for a player within the UK.
The winning numbers from the draw were 07-25-27-48-49 with the lucky star numbers being 01 and 04. Though the draw lacked a jackpot winner, it wasn’t short of tier prize winners. One UK lottery player, matched the five main winning numbers plus one of the lucky star numbers to scoop the second tier prize of £821,669.
Still in the UK, the National lottery is raising awareness over an unclaimed lotto jackpot prize. This is after a UK lotto player scooped a £6,392,389 prize from a lotto draw two weeks ago but failed to come forward to claim the jackpot prize. The ticket matched all the six main numbers in a September draw and according to Camelot was purchased in the Anglesey and Gwynedd area.
The winner has until March next year to come forward and claim the prize. All unclaimed prizes plus the interest accumulated over the period are donated to the National Lottery charity fund.
